‘THE COMPANY’ Glamp @ The Priory ‘THE HIRER’ is the person hiring the equipment from the Company and whose name appears on the booking form.


The Hirer must be at least 21 years of age. INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR STAY WITH US It is vital that you read all of the instructions that are sent to you and follow the instructions on the signs around the camp. Please respect your fellow Glampers and tidy up and keep clean up any areas that you use. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS Payments can be made on our website, or through AirBNB & Pitch Up.


During these uncertain times, we appreciate that we need to be flexible. Any payments that are made are 100% guaranteed if we are forced to go into lockdown you will receive a full refund. All bookings made for stays outside of the lockdown period or cancelled because of something else other than COVID-19 are subject to our standard terms and conditions which are the following:

Bookings cancelled or altered before 4 weeks of arrival are subject to a refund minus 10% or change of dates with no charge.

Any cancellations or amendments made after this period of less than 30 days of arrival; will be subject to additional charge for change of dates or no refund for cancellation.


DELAY OR FAILURE BY THE COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE CONTRACT In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel your camping event due to Force Majeure, including high winds, we will offer you a different date with the same package, amount of guests and accommodation. Subject to availability. This does not cover standard bad weather.


BEHAVIOUR Threatening behaviour or vandalism will not be tolerated at any time on or near our campsites. Any offence of this nature will result in all members of the party being required to leave immediately. No refund will be given.


PLEASE REDUCE ANY NOISE AFTER 10PM and be mindful of other guests.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY The Hirer should not use any lighting, heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances of any kind, other than what is provided, with exception to charging points for mobile phones and music devices. The Hirer is responsible for any damage and loss caused to the equipment regardless of culpability, and the Hirer will be liable for all costs associated with this damage.


LOSS OR DAMAGE The Hirer must be satisfied with the equipment before use and should notify the Company of any miscounts or unacceptable equipment before use.


THE HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITY Barbeque equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of eight feet from the tent, crops, woods and tent please do not leave left unattended whilst in use. Barbecues must remain in the set position. Once your holiday is over, please leave the tent and site as you found it. This include placing all rubbish, inside and outside of the tent in designated bin. Wash up everything that is included in your package and leave tidy where you found it. Zip up all the windows and lock the door with the lock provided Failure to do the above will incur a charge.


LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES The Company will not be responsible for and the Hirer will indemnify the Company against all claims for the injury to persons or loss or damage to property howsoever caused, unless it be proved that such injury or damage was caused by negligence of the Company. This contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

 

EXTRA PEOPLE ON SITE Only guests that have booked in onsite are allowed, any exceptional cases must be requested.


DOGS ON SITE We currently have one Belltent available to accommodate 1 or 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large well behaved dog. Please ensure dog are supervised and on lead at all times as there are livestock nearby in the other fields as not to cause distress to them or the other guests. An additional charge for dogs is required to cover additional cleaning fees.


FENCING Around the site there is fencing set up to prevent livestock from entering the campsite. Please be advised that the fencing currently runs with an electric current which can shock and cause pain. Please refrain from touching anything around the fencing. If you are staying with small children or Pets please ensure they do not go near these areas as to prevent any accidents. As the hirer you will be responsible for your safety around these areas, they will be marked with a warning.

We collects information about you as part of our business process and functions. The information normally includes your name, address, telephone number, names of party members, a contact email address, payment arrangement details and special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect any party member’s holiday arrangements. What do we use your information for? We collect information about you (our guest) to: • Process your booking • Communicate throughout the process of booking and managing your holiday experience. • Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us • Seek your views or comments on the services we provide • Notify you of any changes to our services • Send you communications which may be of interest to you, for example, sending you emails or details of future promotions and offers • Analyse and review for marketing purposes Who do we share your information with? We may share your information with other business that we collaborate with for bookings. This is so that your holiday booking, rental and any travel-related services (if any) may be managed and provided. We keep your information securely and do not share it with third parties other than as outlined in this statement or where permitted by law. How do we treat your information? All details you give at any time will be kept for the period of your booking, holiday and such reasonable period thereafter. We keep your information securely and do not share this information with third parties other than as set out in this statement. Only names, contact details and any booking preferences will be used for marketing purposes unless you are informed otherwise when you provide the information. The companies and third parties to whom we disclose customer details may contact you. If you do not wish to receive any of the communications set out in this statement, please inform us as soon as possible by letter or e-mail, the details of which are set out above. The contract will be terminated in the event of nonpayment, or if there is a breach of the terms and conditions. If any clause is deemed invalid it will not affect the rest of the terms and conditions.
